By accessing and using RolledAI, including our website and marketing analytics dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions contained herein, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any modifications will be effective upon posting to the website.

2. Services Description

RolledAI is a marketing analytics dashboard that enables you to:

•Connect and integrate Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and other marketing platforms
•View consolidated marketing data and performance metrics
•Receive AI-powered analysis and recommendations powered by OpenAI
•Generate and export reports in multiple formats (HTML, JSON, CSV)
•Create marketing content ideas and workflows using AI
•Manage subscription and credits for AI analysis features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use RolledAI, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You agree to:

•Provide truthful and complete information during registration
•Keep your password confidential and secure
•Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
•Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use RolledAI for any unlawful purposes or in any way that violates these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

•Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
•Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or circumventing security measures
•Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of malicious nature
•Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
•Spam, phish, or engage in any deceptive practices
•Use the Service for automated data scraping or excessive bandwidth consumption
•Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account without authorization
•Use the Service to process illegal or fraudulent marketing activities

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

RolledAI offers subscription plans at specified price points. Your subscription provides access to certain features and a monthly credit allocation for AI analysis. Current pricing: 29 SGD/month for 1,000 credits.

5.2 Billing

•Billing is processed monthly on the same day of each month
•Payment is processed by Stripe and charged to your registered payment method automatically
•You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and valid
•If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry or suspend your account

5.3 Credits System

•Credits are used to perform AI analysis and generate content
•Each analysis request costs: Text Analysis (3 credits)
•Unused credits expire at the end of each billing month
•Credits are non-transferable and cannot be refunded
•We reserve the right to adjust credit costs and plans with 30 days notice

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused credits.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days written notice. Changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.

6. Third-Party Integrations

6.1 Google Platforms

By connecting your Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 accounts, you authorize RolledAI to:

•Access read-only data from your Google accounts
•Store OAuth tokens securely for authenticated access
•You acknowledge that Google's Terms of Service apply to your use of Google services through RolledAI

6.2 OpenAI Integration

When you use AI analysis features, your marketing data is processed by OpenAI. By using these features, you agree to OpenAI's Terms of Service and understand that your data will be processed according to OpenAI's privacy policies.

6.3 Stripe Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your full payment card details.

6.4 Disclaimer on Third-Party Services

RolledAI is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or data handling practices of third-party services. You use these integrations at your own risk and according to their respective terms of service.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 RolledAI Content

All content, features, and functionality of RolledAI (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned by RolledAI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or provide to RolledAI. By using the Service, you grant RolledAI a limited license to store, process, and analyze your data for the purpose of delivering the Service.

7.3 Generated Content

Analysis results, reports, and recommendations generated by RolledAI are provided for your use. You may use generated content for your business purposes. RolledAI does not claim ownership of insights generated from your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RolledAI MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING:

•The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service or any data provided
•The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
•The quality, accuracy, or usefulness of AI-generated analysis
•Fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement

You assume all risks associated with using the Service and relying on its outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RolledAI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RolledAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS AGAINST IT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RolledAI IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RolledAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

•Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
•Your use or misuse of the Service
•Your content or data uploaded to the Service
•Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

RolledAI may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may, in our sole discretion, delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation by contacting support@aim.app. We will attempt to resolve your concern within 30 days.

13.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, you agree to binding arbitration before filing any court action, except for disputes involving intellectual property or injunctive relief.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and RolledAI regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.
