OAuth tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted)

Display your marketing performance data in interactive dashboards and reports
Generate AI-powered insights and recommendations using OpenAI's services
Create and save custom reports in various formats (HTML, PDF, CSV)

Important: We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing you with our analytics services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties for their marketing purposes.

OpenAI: We use OpenAI's API to generate AI-powered insights. Only aggregated, non-identifiable data is sent to OpenAI for analysis.

6. Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

Access: View all data we've collected about you
Disconnect: Disconnect any platform at any time from the settings page
Delete: Request deletion of your data or entire account
Export: Download your reports and data in various formats
Revoke: Revoke OAuth permissions directly from your Google or Meta accounts

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and disconnect all platforms within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

RolledAI' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

We only access the data you explicitly authorize through Google's OAuth consent screen
We use Google user data exclusively to provide our marketing analytics services to you
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law
We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements
